Refund Policy

At Sovereign Collective, all services are non-refundable once they have been completed. Due to the time, skill, and customized nature of our services, we do not offer monetary refunds.

If you are not fully satisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We are happy to offer a complimentary adjustment when appropriate to ensure you love your results.

Retail Products

Unopened and unused retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a receipt for store credit only. Opened or used products are non-refundable.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.

No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and cancellation fees may apply.
