These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Sovereign Collective website, online booking system, and salon services. By accessing our website or booking an appointment, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Salon Services

Sovereign Collective provides professional hair services including, but not limited to, custom color, blonding, haircuts, styling, and extensions. All services are customized to the individual client, and results may vary based on hair history, condition, and maintenance.

Appointments & Booking

Appointments may be booked online or in person. A valid credit card may be required to reserve appointments. Prices listed are starting prices and may vary depending on hair length, density, and service time required.

Cancellations & No-Shows

To respect the time of our stylists and guests, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service

• No-show appointments may be charged 100% of the scheduled service

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. Cancellation fees may apply if the appointment cannot be accommodated.

Refunds & Adjustments

All salon services are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 7 days of your appointment so we may offer a complimentary adjustment when appropriate.

Retail products may be returned within 14 days if unused and unopened for store credit only.

Health & Safety

Clients must disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect hair services. Sovereign Collective is not responsible for adverse reactions when information is not disclosed.

Children & Guests

For safety and relaxation, we ask that only clients receiving services be present unless otherwise approved by the salon.

Personal Belongings

Sovereign Collective is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items brought into the salon.

All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Sovereign Collective and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Privacy

Use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how personal information is collected and protected.
